- Total quota for individual accounts, (including all messages in all folders stored at the UTORmail post office) is 120MB
- Attachments are limited to 10MB, total message size is limited to 50MB

File Transfer SystemStaffFaculty
- The File Transfer System is a Staff & Faculty service designed to transfer files through the internet in a fast and secure manner. Users can now send files up to 2GB in size to anyone with an email address. Senders will be notified when the recipient has successfully received the file, and all data is encrypted during the transfer, ensuring that your files are protected and secure.
How to
You should see a screen that looks like an email form.
- Enter each recipients' full email address in the "Recipients" field.
- Enter an optional Subject and Message in their respective fields, exactly as if it were an email message.
- Click the "Upload" button to select a file to send.
- A progress bar will appear indicating your file upload progress. When it is finished, the filename will appear in the "Attachments" area.
- Click "Send" and a download link to your file will be sent to the recipient(s) immediately.

UTORexchangeStaffFaculty
UTORexchange is U of T's calendaring service available to faculty and staff. Users have access to personal calendar and can grant limited access to others.

What does this mean?
- All Oracle Calendar/Corporate Time users will be switched to Microsoft Exchange using Microsoft Outlook (PC) or Entourage (Mac).
- Mozilla Thunderbird will no longer be the preferred E-mail client as all email will be routed through Microsoft Outlook.
- UTSC will still be keeping it's @utsc.utoronto.ca addresses, however they will be configured to run in Microsoft Outlook.
