Visiting lecturers who need access to intranet should get in touch with their department's administrative assistant.

Faculty with TAs from another campus should request intranet accounts for their TAs by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

FAQ

Can I get a temporary UTSCid?
IITS does not issue any temporary UTSCid's. All U of T Scarborough students should have their own account. Any persons needing to use a computer to browse the web may do so at the Kiosks (Sun Rays) located in front of the Circulation desk in the Library. These machines will not prompt for a user name or password.

If you are a teaching assistant or sessional instructor, you can issue a request for a guest account from the Student HelpDesk for the duration of the semester.  

Can I get a temporary UTORid?
IITS does not issue any temporary UTORid's. All U of T Students should have their own account.   If you are a visitor staying for less than five days, a U of T staff member can then sponsor you an account. 

How do I check my UTSCid account quota?
To view the amount of available storage for your UTSCid, use this page.

I am a student from St.George or UTM. May I use the computer labs?
Non-U of T Scarborough students can obtain visitors cards from the Reference desk in the library or from the Student Support Desk in B487.

How do I check if my UTORid is functioning correctly?
You can verify the functionality of your UTORid using this form.  Any problems that may have existed with the account should be fixed afterwards.
